Installation of a new roof garden events, dining and entertainment area to a previously unused section of flat roof. To facilitate the transformation, new sub main distribution was installed to supply the increased electrical load. The project posed a number of challenges from the complex sub main cable route, tight time constraints and complicated logistics. Despite the challenges the new facilities opened on time and within original budgets.
