MJ Electrical Services acted as Principle Contractor for this project which saw the children’s department on the Fourth Floor of the John Lewis Flagship store in Oxford Street updated with a new trail design concept. The project followed on from the success at the John Lewis branch in Horsham where the concept was first introduced and then rolled out to into their Oxford Street Store.

The renovations to the children’s department included a monster hunt, reading area and interactive play areas while each department on the floor is linked together by a colourful pathway. The aim of the concept was to provide an inspiring, easy and enjoyable shopping experience for the whole family.

Vibrant branded fixtures were installed to create interactive displays for young customers. The toy section includes a miniature race track for its Micro Scooters, interactive Lego stations and a Scalextric track that children can activate at the touch of a button. Further to this the baby changing and feeding facilities in store were also upgraded.
