This project, with MJ Electrical Services undertaking a main contractor role, two former halls of residence in Cheltenham were refurbished and upgraded into premium ensuite commercial accommodation for attendees of a flight training programme.

80 ensuite bathrooms were created in former bedsit accommodation. With MJ undertaking all electrical and mechanical works as well as decoration, flooring, carpentry & installation of new furnishings and fabrics and redecoration of the exterior.

We were delighted and proud to complete this project as main contractors despite the many challenges that were encountered whilst the work commenced during the COVID-19 lockdown periods.
