In just over 2 weeks, on the 8th of July, two of the members of the MJ team are undertaking different charity challenges for some amazing causes.
Our Office Manager, Jane Maginn, will be abseiling off one of our region’s most amazing buildings and will be descending 150ft from above the great West Door of the iconic Liverpool Cathedral. Jane will be raising money for North West Cancer Research, who are dedicated to putting our region’s cancer needs first by funding pioneering research to tackle the cause, improve the care and find the cure for cancer.
Project Manager, David Clark will be undertaking the Coniston Challenge in order to raise vital funds for Alder Hey Children’s Charity. The challenge consists of a 17km bike ride through Grizedale forest, a 10km walk up and down the old man of Coniston and a 3km kayak on Coniston waters. Alder Hey Children’s Hospital is a world-class, patient-friendly hospital who provide exceptional care for 330,000 patients and their families every year.
