Complete refurbishment of a high end office fit out and entertaining spaces within a heritage building in central London.

64 Knightsbridge is the venue for Pavilion Club, a luxury private members club, overlooking London’s famous Hyde Park. Set over six floors, this iconic building houses a blend of luxury workspace and private members’ facilities. The facilities include 17 luxury private office spaces and premium meeting rooms – equipped with leading edge technology, two members’ bars, terraced seating and other entertainment facilities.

New Mode lighting control systems were installed throughout with a mixture of prestige decorative and office lighting. New façade display lighting was also installed to the iconic frontage of 64 Knightsbridge. Throughout the building, new small power, data, fire alarm, mechanical, security, door access control systems were installed at a high end specification.
